If you don't receive a response within 24 hours of placing your order, it's possible you entered an invalid email address or the email server has marked your email address as unsafe/spam. • You may redeem an East Coast Ranchu eGift Card only if you live in the lower 48 contiguous states within the U.S.A.

• Your East Coast Ranchu eGift Card may be applied towards the purchase of any items listed on the East Coast Ranchu website.

• The value of an East Coast Ranchu eGift Card is applied to the total purchase, including shipping.

• East Coast Ranchu eGift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where redeemable by law.

• Promotional Discounts do not apply on Gift Card orders.

• Any unused balance will remain on your East Coast Ranchu eGift Card for future use.
