I greatly appreciate your interest in US Bred ECR goldfish. Whether you're thinking of purchasing today, next week or sometime within the year - I request that you kindly fill out all required fields. Rest assured this is an ethical store and you're only dealing with ONE PERSON, there's no data-mining happening here. When you fill out the form below - you're entrusting me with your information and I will keep it safe. The advantage of providing a valid and deliverable street address versus just a zip code is that I can calculate better shipping rates from the carrier. I don't need the actual house or apartment or building number - not until an official purchase order is placed. Unfortunately I can't accommodate you if the form is incomplete or if you knowingly fill it in with evasive or misleading information. (For example, repeatedly writing down the zip where I specifically require a street name). Live Animal shipping can be expensive especially from the East Coast. Ultimately I want to offer you a better rate than the Published rates and if I can't do that because you're uncertain about filling out the form below then I can't give you a quote. It would be a missed opportunity but there's no sense doing business with someone who's going to be overcome with anxiety just because I asked for a "street name". If you're in that state of mind where you believe ECR's credibility and standing in the goldfishkeeping community is questionable then it's not the right time for us to do business together. I just don't have the energy to deal with tire-kickers. If you change your mind please don't hesitate to come back here and fill out the form. As for all you AMAZING folks who have no issues about this whatsoever - thank you so much for your trust and for making my day a little easier!





Please double check your emails if you've inquired for shipping rates within the same year and have already received the info you requested. The rates will be the same. Unless it's a new calendar year, a second (and redundant) inquiry won't be attended to.

Note to iCloud and Me.com Email Account Holders: Unfortunately the system automatically forwards ICLOUD and ME.COM electronic messages to my junk folder. Please use a different email address.

For Yahoo Email Account Holders: always check your spam folder in case my reply got lost in there by mistake.

For AOL Email Account Holders: if you're not receiving my emails, Shipping Rates, Order Invoices, or Tracking Information -- it's because you're still using an outdated email service. Please use a different email address other than AOL.

Starting July 9, 2018 I will only ship on Tuesdays so that the fish won't be left at the courier's facility over the weekend due to unexpected delays or dispatch service errors. Be advised that all shipments are scheduled for Tuesday shipping by DEFAULT. I have to manage MY ECR shipping timetable to fit my regular work schedule. I normally  drop off packages at FedEx and UPS at night before the cutoff and do this AFTER I get home from work. If Tuesday is fully booked, any excess shipments are carried over to the next day or the next week depending on my daytime work sched.

 

If no one will be home to receive your package, I can ship to your office or send to a different domestic address or ship to your nearest FedEx Station with a *Hold for Pickup request.
